The Director of 4N Solutions, Chris Martel, retired from government service after dedicating thirty four years to the former U.S. Immigration Service (INS) and the current Department of Homeland Security (DHS) / U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services / Fraud Detection and National Security Unit. His career included positions as a Border Patrol Agent, Immigration Inspector/Senior Immigration Inspector and as an Intelligence Research Specialist. This background enables Mr. Martel to offer guidance on numerous aspects of immigration regulations/policies, the filing of applications and petitions and travel document requirements and examination.

Mr. Martel has been certified by the Dept. of Homeland Security/Immigration & Customs Enforcement/Forensic Document Laboratory as an instructor in the identification of fraudulent documents and has contracted in that position with the Department of State/Diplomatic Security Service/Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program.  He recently served as an advisor, instructor and consultant to the Ministry of Interior/Police General Headquarters - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
